The Substance Monitor & Control Officer will monitor all guests and employees watching for signs of intoxication, aggression, and/or disruptive behavior.
The Officer will utilize conflict resolution & administer de-escalation and defusing skills whenever possible in an effort to avoid verbal and/or physical altercations while keeping the peace.
They will then communicate to security officers the need to escort any disruptive and/or visibly intoxicated guests from food & beverage venues and/or The Point Casino and Hotel premises.
What We're Looking For:
High school diploma or G.
E.
D.
equivalent required.
Class 13 Mixologist Permit or ability to obtain one.
Washington State issued Food Handlers permit or ability to obtain within 30 days of employment.
Ability to obtain a Gaming License issued by the Port Gamble S'Klallam Gaming Commission.
Valid Washington State ID or Driver's License.

Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
