We are looking to hire a customer-oriented restaurant supervisor to ensure that all restaurant operations here at The Point Casino and Hotel run smoothly.
To be successful as a restaurant supervisor, you should exercise effective management skills and take the lead with staff performance and training.
Ultimately, a top-performing restaurant supervisor should be able to achieve exceptional customer service and ensure that customers have a pleasant restaurant experience.
What We're Looking For:
Oversee product consistency and make necessary modifications according to business needs.
Mentors and coaches staff on proper procedures regarding use of POS, point and coupon redemption, guest service standards and cleaning standards.
Takes lead in training of all incoming cashier and service staff, working side by side with them for their 7-day training period.
Works closely with Restaurant Manager to achieve department goals.
How You'll Make an Impact:
High School Diploma or GED.
5 years directly related experience in Food & Beverage service.
3 years Supervisory experience.
Ability to obtain Washington Food Handler's Card within 30 days of employment.
Ability to obtain Class 12 Alcohol Server Permit within 30 days of employment.
Ability to obtain a Gaming License issued from the Port Gamble S'Klallam Gaming Commission.

The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
